Mozzarella-Making Class at Gourmage
The first Saturday of every month, from 11-Noon
Join us and learn how to make fresh mozzarella! Each participant makes 1-1/4 pounds of mozzarella, from curd. Class is $30 per person, and includes curd, instruction, and take-home containers.
