Outside, you can hang out with fellow tent renters and enjoy barbecues, picnic tables, and fire pits. They're all private, so you can keep to yourself if you'd prefer.
New Braunfels is just a short drive from San Antonio and a tad longer of a drive from Austin.
The city has plenty to do itself, so you won't have to go far to have a good time. Though, if you want a big city vibe, you won't have to miss out on that either.
